450 mm Wafer Loan Program
The 450 mm wafer loan program is a service provided by SEMATECH to supply wafers and some metrology services to suppliers in support of the their efforts in developing equipment, materials, and processes for the 450 mm transition.
450 mm wafers and some metrology services can be obtained through a request to SEMATECH for these materials and services. If your company would like to request 450 mm wafers in order to further your 450 mm development program, please complete and submit the following form.
